Thank you Madison and Stephen for inviting us. Nate had a great time with his new best friend, Mr. Cupcake. He looks forward to London’s birthday where he hopes to be reunited with his pal.

Happy Birthday, Colin!

We had a great time celebrating Colin’s 3rd birthday at “Under the Sea” indoor playground in Manhattan Beach. Nancy and Mike threw a great party, even going through the trouble of panko breading hand formed dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets for the kids! Hehe…

This time last year (Colin’s 2nd birthday) Nate was sitting on our laps since he wasn’t able to crawl. Now look at him go!

Berto, Bo, Ed, Steve and I took a road trip to Mammoth over the weekend. Somewhat gravelly and loose up at the top (Skid Mark) but conditions were much better on the lower half. The flow through Bridge the Gap > Brake Through > Seven Bridges was so much fun. At the end of the day, nobody came away unscathed as our bodies were battered and bruised. A few laps in the pool, a dip into the jacuzzi, and some braughwurst / beer / Advil and our pain vanished.

We spent Sunday exploring the various lakes in the area, then a leisurely drive back to civilization.

We spent the day at Ralph Clark Park in La Mirada.  Played some softball (they were ringers, I swear) and volleyball.  Dave gets my vote for MVP!

It was great to see everyone again!
